Industry training

Training for people working in industry is offered every Tuesday from 09h00 until 12h00, and from 14h00 until 17h00. Lessons are given by fully qualified and experienced chef lecturers. Ingredients can be provided by the workplace or by Chez Gourmet. The morning lesson is per our schedule, and the afternoon schedule is for lesson requests.
Lessons are offered on our modular system, meaning that they can stand alone or form part of a course of your design. You may select as many lessons as you need per candidate. There is a discount for 6 lessons or more booked per candidate –please enquire.

We have a monthly calendar of lessons, and are also willing to tailor –make a programme to suit your needs.

We also offer the 10 week part-time IHESA Diploma in Patisserie. .

From August, the IHESA Diploma in Professional Cookery will be run here at Chez Gourmet.
